Planning Drawings
Planning Drawings
Planning permission, it’s not enjoyable, to say the least, then you have the dreaded wait for the answer. From a Juliet to a balustrade or a fully framed Balcony, we can produce detailed drawings ready to send to the planning office along with your application. Reduce your worries and stress about this tedious task and let us do the drawings for you.
Planning permission for a Juliet Balcony is usually unnecessary, however, it is always best to check with your local planning office. If you live in a conservation area, listed building, or a flat then it is likely you will need planning permission. Please don’t forget to ask your landlord or property management company if you are a leaseholder.
Depending on the council or borough, sometimes the planning is rejected or on hold, due to small details needing to be changed, here at Peak Balconies we do not give you a set of drawings to then charge you further to change or adapt, its one price, regardless of the changes required by the planning office.
